Why Mentor?
I strongly believe in mentoring younger people entering the field of technology. When I first started my career I was lucky enough to have the guidance and direction of senior and veteran developers around me. Without that support I don't think I would be in the same place today.
Now it's my time to give back. Besides, mentoring gives you invaluable skills that one can't aquire otherwise. It allows to shift the typical mindset of a programmer from narrow isolated tasks to looking at the bigger picture and leading a process for project delivery.
Meet The Apprentices
My first apprentice is from Armenia. Meet Nare. She is a young lady living in Yerevan. I started mentoring her in March 2019. Besides her hunger for learning, she has a great taste in UI and frontend development. She has completely mastered bootstrap and jquery development in a short amount of time and she is currently learning reactjs. If you give her a UI mockup, she will turn it into a pixel perfect html layout.
